This is a Non-Smoking hotel.

Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Debit and solo.
The hotel reserves the right to charge credit cards prior to arrival, to secure the reservation.
Luggage storage available for early/late check-ins or check-outs.
Refundable Key deposit is required at management discretion.
Arrival time between 9 am - 7 pm, Check in at 2 pm. Advise your approximate time of arrival. Check out is 11 am on the date of your departure. Late arrivals by special arrangement.
Cancellation Policy: 3 days to 3 weeks before arrival date (not arrival time); otherwise there will be a minimum charge of £50-£250 per room, please contact us for full details. This applies to Non-Visa countries.
Cancellation is not acceptable by telephone. Please email or fax to cancel and to receive a cancellation acceptance by us.
In case of a No Show, minimum 1 night-5 nights deposit will be charged to the CC provided at the time the room was secured.
Third party reservations: When accommodation is reserved by a third party, the cancellation charges automatically apply to the person making the reservation.
Extra bed is upon request (at least 4 nights stay) and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
